Rick brings over 35 years of experience to the real estate industry, building a distinguished career rooted in performance, integrity, and deep local knowledge. After a successful tenure as a professional alpine ski racer and USSA Apline Level 2 Coach of 40 years, Rick discovered his passion for real estate in the late 1980s while living and working in the premier resort community of Northstar, California. There, he quickly established himself in a highly competitive market, specializing in vacation homes, income properties, and undeveloped land.
Returning to his roots in Silicon Valley, where he was born and raised, Rick joined Coldwell Banker’s top-producing office. During his 15-year tenure, he consistently ranked as a top producer while expanding his expertise in residential, income, and multi-unit properties. He later continued his success with Sereno Group for 16 years, further solidifying his reputation for excellence. Rick is also a recognized USAA relocation specialist, representing clients from leading companies such as Apple and Intel.
