Rick brings over 35 years of experience to the real estate industry, building a distinguished career rooted in performance, integrity, and deep local knowledge. After a successful tenure as a professional alpine ski racer and USSA Apline Level 2 Coach, Rick discovered his passion for real estate in the late 1980s while living and working in the premier resort community of Northstar, California. There, he quickly established himself in a highly competitive market, specializing in vacation homes, income properties, and undeveloped land.

Returning to his roots in Silicon Valley, where he was born and raised, Rick joined Coldwell Banker’s top-producing office. During his 15-year tenure, he consistently ranked as a top producer while expanding his expertise in residential, income, and multi-unit properties. He later continued his success with Sereno Group for 16 years, further solidifying his reputation for excellence. Rick is also a recognized USAA relocation specialist, representing clients from leading companies such as Apple and Intel.
