Professional Experience    
After a stellar career as a professional alpine ski racer and coach, Rick initiated his passion in the real estate business during the late 1980's while at the elite destination of Northstar, California. Rick rapidly built a sound business selling vacation homes, income property and undeveloped land in a very competitive resort environment. Returning to the Silicon Valley where he was born and raised, Rick was eagerly hired to represent Contempo Realty in their top sales producing office. While there, he was a consistent top producer and continued to expand his career exclusively representing client requirements for acquisition and disposition of residential, income and multi-unit properties. He has since become a recognized USAA relocation specialist, representing companies such as Intel, Cisco Systems and Compaq computers.

Personal Background     
Rick and his family live in Capitola where he is actively involved in community affairs with an emphasis on child education. During the winter months, Rick continues to coach ski racing to young athletes as a volunteer ski coach and in summer, is active with the Capitola Jr. Life Guard program, and teaching his two young children, Shelby and Cooper, how to surf.
